Solemn ceremonies were organised all over the world to remember those who perished in the hands of Armenian murderers in the course of 20th century. Over a million Azerbaijanis were killed and 2 million have been forced to leave their motherland since 1915. This clear act of genocide wiped out entire Azerbaijani population of Chuqur Sa'd province of Azerbaijan and then the province was named Armenian Republic. With the help of their co-religion Russian they created a country in the heart of Azerbaijani lands. The remainder of Azeri population in this region of so-called Armenia was expelled (over 2000000 nearly 10% of Population of Republic of Armenia) in 1989. Armenian Immigrants from Iran, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon and those assimilated orthodox Christians into Armenian community turned against their host and abused their hospitality . During the last decade of the century Armenian once again waged another war against Republic of Azerbaijan and occupied over 20% of it's territories and drove out over a million Azeris from Karabakh and adjacent regions. In Khojaly in just a couple of nights they massacred nearly 1000 civilians.
Today over 45 million Azerbaijani and 300 million Turks world-wide are aware of what happened to the people of Chuqur Sa'd ( Republic of Armenia). It is time we did start campaigning for recognition of Azerbaijani genocide by every parliament in the world. It is responsibility of every single Azerbaijani particularly Azeri Diaspora to work on the task intensively. We must not and could not rest until this genocide is marked world-wide.
